Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we have specific refund policies:

  • Eligible for refund: If you have not redeemed or activated the game key, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Not eligible for refund: Once a game key has been redeemed, activated, or shown to you, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you experience any issues with your key (invalid, already used, or region-locked), please contact our support team immediately for assistance or replacement.
